At ManageContacts ("MC"), we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. It is with this in mind that we have adopted this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not necessarily apply to the practices of MC's clients. Each client has its own Privacy Policy which should be consulted as needed.

• MC collects personal information when you register with MC or one of its clients.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, zip code, occupation, and industry. Once you register with MC and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• If you register with one or more of MC's clients. MC will only contact you on behalf of each specific client. Only the clients with whom you've registered will have access to your information. No other clients will have access to your personal information, including your email address.
• MC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies. The information you give us is used to provide those products and services you've requested.
• You can edit your profile, including your preferences, at any time by accessing the specific client's site using the link emailed to you at registration time.
• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
• MC may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our site for a reasonable amount of time.
• MC is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.
